These Terms apply to all products and services provided by Nexorix, with specific exceptions or additional terms indicated under individual products or services.

 

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • Eligibility: There are no age, location, or other restrictions for using our services.
  • Account Creation: Users must create an account to access our services. When registering, you are required to provide accurate information, including your real full name. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • Account Maintenance: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Nexorix reserves the right to close accounts with false or misleading information.

 

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Stealing or attempting to steal Nexorix services.
  • Using Nexorix products or services for hacking, spamming, or any other unlawful activities.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

 

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

  • Payment Options: Nexorix offers one-time payments and subscription-based plans.

  • Refund Policy: Customers can test our products for 15 days. If unsatisfied, you are eligible for a refund, which will be processed to the same account used for payment.

     

Data Usage and Privacy

  • Data Collection and Usage: Nexorix collects and stores user data for internal statistics and to enhance our services. We do not share your data with third parties.
  • Data Protection: We are committed to securing your data and use it only as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

Limitations of Liability

  • Downtime: While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, downtime may occur. Nexorix is not responsible for service interruptions but will work to resolve them promptly.
  • Data Loss: Users are responsible for the security and backup of their data. Nexorix is not liable for any data loss.
  • Warranties and Guarantees: Nexorix provides services "as is" and does not offer warranties or guarantees.

 

Termination of Agreement

  • Termination for Convenience: Customers may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Early termination fees equal to the monthly recurring fees multiplied by the remaining months in the service term may apply.
  • Termination for Cause: Nexorix reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon written notice to the customer for violations of these Terms. Customers will be notified via email.
  • User-Initiated Termination: Users may terminate their use of Nexorix services at any time by closing their account. Upon closure, access to services will be immediately revoked, and any data stored on Nexorix systems may be deleted.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty

USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER. Confidential Information

NEXORIX does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our website. Please note that any information or material sent to NEXORIX will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending NEXORIX any information or material, you grant NEXORIX an unrestricted, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise freely use, those materials or information. You also agree that NEXORIX is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send us for any purpose. However, we will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless: (a) we obtain your permission to use your name; or (b) we first notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of this site will be published or otherwise used with your name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law.   • Nexorix does not use or require the use of trademark symbols, legends, or acknowledgements with Nexorix trademarks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Nexorix trademarks should be presented as adjectives modifying generic nouns; for example: Nexorix software, Nexorix services, Nexorix hosting.
  • Do not use variations, plural or possessive forms of Nexorix trademarks.
  • Do not use Nexorix trademarks in a manner likely to mislead or confuse the public as to the origin of any goods or services, or as to sponsorship or endorsement by Nexorix.
  • Do not use Nexorix trademarks to make false statements about Nexorix or its products or services.
  • Do not incorporate Nexorix trademarks in your trade names, business names, product names, service names, social media user names, or domain names.
  • Do not adopt or imitate Nexorix's distinctive product designs, product packaging, trade dress, advertising materials, slogans, taglines, or website layouts.
  • When referring to Nexorix in formal documentation (i.e., annual reports, financial reports) the full name Nexorix SARLAU. is preferred. In other contexts, Nexorix is preferred.

Nexorix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through email or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
